The process begins by completing the Client Intake Form, which collects essential personal, educational, and contact information needed to determine eligibility and support services.
After the intake form is submitted, a representative from the tutoring company will contact the client to schedule an initial consultation. During this consultation, the client’s educational goals, academic history, and service needs will be reviewed.
Following the consultation, the client will be asked to electronically sign the following required documents:

Once all documents are signed, the tutoring company will assist the client with applying to the appropriate educational institution(s), including guidance on required forms, deadlines, and submission processes.
After institutional applications are submitted, the tutoring company will assist the client with financial aid applications, including FAFSA and any other required student aid forms.
The tutoring company will provide academic advising and enrollment support, including course selection guidance, registration assistance, and review of academic requirements.
Once the client is enrolled, the tutoring company will provide academic tutoring and educational support services throughout the academic semester, tailored to the client’s course load and academic needs.
